Bookings/Payments

50% deposit is required to confirm your booking, immediately and payment in full should be made not later than 7 days prior to arrival to confirm your booking. Please fax or e-mail us payment confirmation

Cancellations

Cancellations made no less than 7 days prior to arrival will be refunded in full. We reserve the right to charge a 50% cancellation fee should a cancellation occur less than 7 days prior to arrival

Keys

Keys should be collected from our office in Cape Town during office hours Monday to Friday (9:00am – 17:00pm). If you are not based in Cape Town, an alternative arrangement can be made.
